The Thai zombie drama titled Zomvivor has commenced its shooting, following a blessing ceremony on December 4, 2023.
Produced by Domundi agency and producers, the production features top-notch cast including actors such as Pruk Panich (Zee), Chawarin Perdpiriyawong (NuNew), Saran Rujeerattanavorapan (Max), Sittichok Pueakpoolpol (Tommy), Karn Kritsanaphan (Jimmy), Pharinyakorn Khansawa (Yim), Koraphat Lamnoi (Tutor), Siraphop Manithikhun (Net), Boun Noppanut (Boun), Chaikamon Chansing (Boss), and many more.
Zomvivor unfolds in a city where a mysterious virus spreads rapidly, turning residents into zombies. A group of survivors takes refuge in a school to protect themselves, only to realize that they are not safe.
Thailand's fandom is eagerly anticipating the drama's premiere, as some actors in the cast are shipped in other series, raising suspicions that Zomvivor might incorporate a love story between two men.
On the other hand, the actors have asked fans to send supportive messages for their struggle against zombies.
"Please give each of us support in the comments section so we have the strength to escape from zombies. We must survive. Fighting. THAI ZOMBIE," writes Zee on his X account.
Zomvivor still does not have a release date but is expected to air on Thai screens in 2024.
